You guys put on the sickest competition on the planet!! I was camping in the parking lot waiting out the rain, and it was very worth it! And no, I would not hit the canyon gap, but HUGE props to all the riders and everyone from Red Bull that put on this event! I really hope to see another Rampage in Virgin next year!
Gee had a rough crash right before the final started, so he didn't ride. McCaul didn't finish either run (riders had four minutes to get from top to bottom). He cut his first run short after missing a gap high on the course, and crashed pretty bad on a cased step-down in run two.

Looks like it was a hardcore event, the event set up by Red Bull looks SO NICE!! I love the Red Bull Rampage events and the riders are extremely skilled! I want to do what they can do, one day, it's my dream.
I'm disappointed however that the Australian FREE TO AIR TELEVISION MEDIA did not show any coverage of the event in news broadcasted sports updates, and i did not find out about the "Red Bull Rampage: Evolution" event until it was to late.. Even to check up on the recent updates and results on the redbullrampage website.
Did Red Bull notify the Australian media and the international media around the world about the No. 1 Mountain Bike Freeriding event in the world is being held in 2008 ect? This event could have been so much more, not just for the riders but for the sport globally for a greater interaction through the media and public.

Ihave to say from years of experience that Utah is the bomb at riding and ive never seen better. Thanks RED BULL for the insperation and the tastey drinks that you make.
